Open Mic Tuesdays at Manny's Place with Less Than Three

Whatever your entertainment needs may be,
you’re going to have a great time at the acoustic Open Mic.

Comedians, acoustic musicians, poets and more are all welcome to take to their turn presenting their art.

Make Tuesdays memorable with a journey down to Manny’s Place for their Open Mic with Less Than Three.

from facebook:

Many people ask what the difference is between “open mic” and “open jam.”
An open jam will typically have a drum kit, musicians will band together and rock out together on stage.
Sometimes bands will entertain you.
An open mic is typically acoustic acts, stand up comedy, slam poetry, etc.
Come out and play some tunes, maybe make people laugh or think a little!
Whatever it is you do, if you’re looking for some stage time, we’ve got it!

Don’t forget!! The final Tuesday of each month is your chance to win a cash prize for your awesomeness!

Interested in booking YOUR act?  Just email Less Than Three to grab a spot for an upcoming night.

There will be a going away party for Bethany Shultz (of Bethany & Mikie)
as she is about to leave Brantford to serve our country proud.
See Bethany (possibly with Mikee) live at the Station for one last show.

from facebook:

As you may or may not have heard, I’ve joined the military!
I am having a going away party for my family, friends, and fans to come together and send me off in a big way!
The first two hours are open mic style, for anyone who would like to play a few tunes, tell a few jokes, or say a few words.
From 7-8pm I’ll be playing a set for those who would like to hear one last show
(hopefully with Mikie Bray)!
After that, we’ll mingle and hug and all that jazz…
but I have an early morning and long drive after,
so the party will come to a close around 9pm.
Beer & Wine, Coffee & Tea, Quick Dinner Foods & Treats..
available for purchase throughout (support the venue!)
As always, a donation jar will be there (support local musicians!)
