SueFest: a Celebration of Life @ Knights of Columbus – Sept 12
A day full of celebration featuring two stages of live music, family fun, carnival entertainment,
BBQ, bake sale, live art, prizes and MORE!
On September 12th the Knights of Columbus Hall will be filled with life-affirming joy.
Featuring performances by:
The Delta Shakers
The Dumpster Bees
The Elmo Combo
The Lightning Dogs
Mark Leslie Wilson
The idea for SueFest was born in late 2013 after
the sudden passing of an incredible community member
known for her gentle kindness, musical ability and
commitment to the deaf blind community.
Susan Elaine Wallbank-Maher was a local teacher who
spent a lot of her time fundraising for charitable causes.
That is why we are excited to boast that in the festivals first
year we raised nearly $10.000 for continued research for
The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada!
