For those of us feeling like a team of leprechauns spent the night stomping on our brains:
Try a hot shower, some exercise, drinking Gatorade, eating eggs and fruit (esp. citrus).
Be sure to stay away from Tylenol!
When taken after a night of drinking it can further damage your already battered liver.
If you have to take a pill try Advil [ibuprofen instead of acetaminophen].
Here’s hoping you feel better.
